You know I had a Sony SRX with a 10.6" display 2.88 pounds with External optical drive. Than I got the TR3P cause the drive was built in. Than just when I thought I was ready to buy another ultralight TX I discovered the power of the SZ with 2x processor and Nvidia card. It was so hard to pay 2499 for a tx when I could get the SZ with twice the power and a less cramped keyboard and larger 13.3 screen for the same or less.

Now I can't tell you how much I miss my TR3 or would be TX upgraded ultramobile at times. Having said that If I could only carry one computer it would be a thin and light like the SZ form factor. There is just so many things that a powerful laptop can do that the TX / TX can't except instand on.

I like the new wave of UMPC like OQO2 and Samsung Q1 and RIM and others being shown at CES. It would be nice to have something larger than a PDA to use IE or Firefox while on the go with fast boot times, maybe EvDO built in.

I carry my SZ everywhere I go and use it almost everytime I am out. Shopping, waiting for a haircut, at lunch checking gmail but I would like to carry a UMPC in the car and use it like a pda.

I like the idea of being able to load .pdf documents as reference material onto the little Ultra maybe check my email and proof some documents and take some notes while on the go and so I need a UMPC to go with my SZ. THe 4.5 inch screen on Son's UX280 is too small. I think 7-9" screen with a 1.8" 80gig HD and lots of ram and slots and ports are on the way. I can't wait to see this lineup like this one.....
