    Hi

I have a problem when using VAIO Zone or VAIO Zone Settings. It starts up and then crashing when I try to access any Music, Pictures etc. It is also crashing when I click on the content tab in VAIO Zone Settings.

I think it is because the folders I previously had set as folders in the 'Content' of the VAIO Zone are no longer in the same place. I think I need to be able to re-set VAIO Zone as though it has just been installed from new and then set it up with new settings. Is there a way to remove the stored settings VAIO has and start again? I have tried to re-install but it is keeping the same settings!

Alternatively can someone please tell me what the standard folder arrangement is on the D Drive so I can try and set this up again so it has folders it can see.

Please help I have tried to get an answer from the Sony Forum, but with no luck.

    Thanks.

Set SQL Server (VAIO_VEDB), VAIO Entertainment Database Service, VAIO Entertainment File Import Service, VAIO Entertainment UPnP Client Adapter all services startup type to automatic, restart you computer.

Start > Run... > services.msc (must be done from an administrative account)

I have done the following two
SQL Server (VAIO_VEDB) - DONE (Sevice called: SQLAgent$VAIO_VEDB)
VAIO Entertainment UPnP Client Adapter - DONE

But there does not seem to be any entries for:
    VAIO Entertainment Database Service
    VAIO Entertainment File Import Service
    Could this be the problem?

I have tried re-starting with just doing these two and I am still having the same problem?

    What do you think?

    Thank-you

I have tried this and still getting the same problem. I have also tried re-installing the VAIO Entertainment Platform. Also, I still do not have any entries in Services for VAIO Entertainment Database Service & VAIO Entertainment File Import Service.

    What do you think.

    Thank-you

I have completely uninstalled all VAIO software and then re-installed it from the downloads of my VAIO model support site in the order suggested within this site. This has solved the problems I was having with the VAIO Zone settings, however VAIO Zone is crashing when I click on 'Music', 'Pictures' etc.

    Can you please help.

    Thank-you
