This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I have a laptop, which was originally $2000 dollars in front of me, no cost. Any ideas? Its an older model, 3 years, and it needs an ac adapter but besides that It should run XP fine.

    Current Ideas
    Co2 Injection cooling system.
    Separate components into a smaller box and run it like a desktop.
    Hammer.
    Upgrade and run wow.
    FIsh Tank it.
