    Hi,

has anyone ever experienced a pink laptop screen before? My case is this: what is supposed to be white is now pink e.g. the white page in Microsoft Word is now entirely pink, the white background of google is now entirely pink. I've ran my anti-virus scan and couldn't find anything wrong. I've looked on the net and I've found information regarding similar problems having to do with video cards. When I run a program like VAIO Recovery Centre as usual the box saying "A program needs your permission to continue" comes up. As it comes up everything in the background returns to normal (no more pink, except for within box itself), but I can see green lines across the screen. Any help would be great.

My laptop is a Sony VGN-NR32M which I brought back in August.

    Thanks
    Jay

I think itsyour monitor, cause thatt happened to me and still happening but i fix it somewhat. It probably the cable on your monitor, try wiggling the wire around to a point where it turns back to normal color.

OH NVM, its laptop, didnt finish reading.
