I have recently discovered a bad pixel on my GRT360. Does anyone know Sony's policy concerning this? I have had the computer about 3 weeks. Thanks

I don't know about Sony's policy on this, but Toshiba has a policy of 3 or more pixels clustered together or more than 8 pixels in total before they will swap without any questions. If there's an authorized service center you can take it to, they may be willing to do the repair without hassle. Otherwise, just complain big time saying it's annoying the carp out of you and you have to get it fixed, if the customer complains enough, they usually give in.
