    Sony VAIO CR290 CTO

Recently I placed an order from sonystyle.com for my girlfriend and I just received the laptop few days ago.

Apparently the sticker that seals the box was already broke.

Is this normal? I would be really pissed if they sent me a refurbished laptop....

I haven't touched anything yet just in case I have to send it back to them for this matter.

It is possible that it broke during shipping. It looks like it ripped by force. Before you open it, you should call and ask about it.
