I have a Sony Vaio VPCCW21FX laptop that has a MBX-226 A1768958A motherboard in it. I've been searching everywhere but I can not find any information on upgrading the graphics card. I've read some information about the required wattage and size it might have to be and something about MBX and external graphics cards, but nothing I can actually use. PLEASE HELP!!!

Your GPU is soldered onto the motherboard, there is no upgrading it. If your Sony model offered a model with a higher end GPU motherboard, you would have to buy that (not cost effective).

Also your Sony has no ExpressCard, so external graphics card is not possible..
