    Please Help, Serious Tz Problem!

    Ok so i installed xp instead of vista, but now i need to get vista back and i want to recover the whole system, but when i try pressing F10 at the vaio logo when booting, it says ntldr missing, press ctrl alt del to restart. and i dont have vaio recovery utility on xp, how can i sort this?

    Did you backup or burn the recovery partition on the drive to DVDs prior to installing XP?

    looks like you deleted the hidden partition in your vaio TZ
    thats not good news ...
    you will most probably need to get the a recovery disk from a friend or sony itself

    no i havent deleted the recovery partition - i can still see it in disk management, does anyone have a tz11xn and could make some recovery disks for me? i would pay a lot to get them!

    You may have another option if the recovery's still there. Install a fresh windows XP and then run VAIO Recovery Wizard to create your own DVDs. PM me with your email, I will send you stand alone VAIO Recovery utility.
