    Hi,

    I own this VGN-FZ340E notebook. The Cam quality is poor.

    Q.1. I wanted to know if others face the same problem as mine or it's only with my notebook?

    Q.2. How can I improve Cam Quailty? Is there any software that can enhance it?

    At 0.3 or 1.3 Megapixels, you can't expect much quality.

    I am not talking about the picture quality. When the cam is started, it already starts in a bit dark and not in a good quality mode.

    A friend of mine owns some other notebook of Sony Vaio of same 1.3 megapixel cam, but his cam starts bright and focus with nice quality.

    2.adjust the settings (there is low light mode which makes it worse in general but more visible at low light)
    It is cheap sh... like phone cameras, extremely depend on the light, make sure that you /object get maximum- check it yourself switching on/off the light. I can see it exactly skyping while on terrace, fine quality but while evening comes there is a point when it suddenly turns rubbish.
