Last summer when I bought a Fujitsu and then last Fall after returning it (very long story, but let's just say Fujitsu left a lot to be desired wrt reliability and durability, at least with the s7020 they sent me) I would have looked at Sony's but many people scared me away from it because of their customer service. I subsequently bought a Portableone UX and am thrilled with the machine. Portableone's customer service is amazing and, if you are looking to buy a Sony, you should definitely consider purchasing one from them. You won't be disappointed in the customer service.

Yep. Related post in the Fujitsu forum here. And I too can definitely vouch for their customer service. Above and beyond the call of duty.
