I have a Z11WN, bought it in Italy and is running currently Vista Business. I ordered few weeks ago, Windows 7 Home Premium from Amazon.co.uk. Do you guys know if I will be able to upgrade without loosing my files? Or I will have to do a clean install, because the language of the actual OS is italian and the upcoming W7 is in english?

Yes, you can upgrade without loosing your files and you can install MUI and use any language as well.

From what I know you must have Windows 7 Ultimate in order to change your OS language settings.
