I replaced hard drive and installed a fresh copy of Windows XP. I want to use an external mouse and keyboard and have them bring the laptop out of standby, but there are no power management tabs on any devices in device manager except for the modem. I can't find newer drivers for anything anywhere. BIOS is latest, and there seem to be no power options in there at all. Does anyone have any ideas? Happy to upgrade to Vista if necessary.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Cheers,
    Charlie.
