Thinking of getting a VAIO EB laptop - do VAIOs have any problems with power cords coming out? Do they stay connected into the computer?

Have a Dell laptop and won't get another one because of the power cord very often disconnecting from computer.

I haven't ever had a problem with that on any of the Sonys.

Otoh, I also haven't had that problem with Dells either, so maybe the way you use yours is a special circumstance?

I can imagine Macbooks, with their magnetically connected power cords, doing that, I suppose.

It's a common Dell laptop problem if you do a search. One of my cousins has the same problem with Dells, as well. Very annoying.
