    Jay,
That only has 1GB. I don't need the Cingular(I have a Verizon card), and an 80 GB drive is adequate afor me. Do you have a premium? I haven't seen that much written about the premium machines. Do you know the Portable One return policy?
    thx

U can ask g35, he has a premium or do a search. I'm not sure if i should get the premium or standard version. I was told that the regular is a better deal
. The premium is great but not worth $2,500. Since u can get it for less than do it...

You simply can't order from a better outlet than P1. Their return policy is the best in the industry. Many know them from when the dealt Fujitsu, the switch to Sony just happened.

Thanks - does this mean that I can return it if I don't like it or just if DOA?

I'm not sure but you can email them at
    [email protected]
They respond REALLY quickly, sometimes within 10 minutes. They're really helpful and willing to answer any pre-purchase questions you have.

Who takes care of the warranty if you purchase an SZ from P1? One of the biggest issues for me, besides the gauging prices for this notebook, is the fact that i don't want to deal with Sony should i have any issues with one of their notebooks. They would swallow you up in corporate mayhem trying to get resolution to a problem. If P1 does the warranty, it'd be a more enticing purchase option. Just my 2 cents.

I think it's Sony that deals with the warranty but the guys at P1 should be willing to answer any question and solve any problems you might have with the notebook. Ask them to confirm this.
