Hi! I hear that Sony is about to release new santa rosa based vaio sz notebooks. I wanted to get a sz for college. Will the old ones have a big discount? or will it not be worth buying an old model? Does it seem realistic to be able to find a decently sz for $1500?

You could get a Dell XPS M1330 for around that price, but it wouldn't the have big warranties, Draft N wireless, LED screen.
