    Hello friends
I am having problems with the DVD Drive. It is not reading the DVD's. Every time I put a DVD in the drive the laptop stops responding. Even if sometimes it shows the content of the DVD I am not able to play or copy it. The same DVD is working fine on my desktop.

Is this problem normal with Vaio DVD Drives? Or I need to clean the Drive.
If cleaning is needed then how to clean it as I think using DVD Cleaner CD is not recommended for this purpose.

I am using Sony Vaio VGN-NS110E, if it is relevant. My laptop is about an year old and the DVD Drive is used once a week at most, so over use is not an issue.

    P.S - DVD includes CD's.
