Today I wrecked my Vaio TZ91.

I installed Protector Suite 5.3 (downloaded from Sony). After install upon doubleclicking the icon it told me it wasn't compatible with Vista (why did it allow me to install?). I downloaded 5.6 but it told me to first deinstall 5.3. The deinstaller told me I needed Internet Explorer version 5 (why I need an old browser for deinstalling is beyond me). I removed the install folder by hand. I removed the DDL's I couldn't remove by hand with a tool. Now I can't log into Vista anymore. It show the logon screen, but this screen doesn't respond to user input, and after about one minute the computer reboots.

Please help! I can't use my laptop anymore...
