Hi, I am new to the site.

I have had a problem with my VGN-C140g laptop's screen as it has been turning a barrage of purple and green since about May. I have thought of calling Sony but I was just wondering if anyone knows how to solve this problem or if someone has had the same problem I am encountering. It comes and goes, and it goes by smacking the computer or putting pressure on various points on the back of the screen (where VAIO logo is). If you need a clearer sense of the problem, I'll film a video and upload it on YouTube to show the problem.

The computer itself has no problems, just the screen.
