    Hello friends,

Would you like the possible help from you, I have the following problem:

After not using my laptop for 1 month, some keys no longer work, for example:

1,2,3 work normally, 4 no longer works, but when pressed another button appears 4.

Cap's Loock, windows key, and several others also do not work.

Sometimes the keyboard triggers a key also.

In the hope of being only the keyboard, I bought another original, with the same part number and to my surprise, the same problems were detected.

I opened the notebook around, did thorough cleaning, there was no sign of rust or damage on the motherboard.

I suspect that might be a problem with the chipset, but do not know how the system works logically keyboard of the notebook.

    Any suggestions?

    (Sorry for bad english) ...

    Thank you all.
