I'm about to install itunes 64-bit on my Vaio Z550n but I've heard that some Windows 7 64-bit users are having difficulties syncing up their iphones after doing so.

Before restoring my entire library I wanted to check:

    Anyone had this problem?

Some computers require an updated bios to restore the ability to sync with Itunes. For example Dell computers with the i7 chip running windows 7.

Yea, If i'm not mistaken though, that was only related to the Core i7 boards with the X58 chipset. But... I would say you might want to try restoring your iPhone, and if applicable, try and see if you have any firmware updates available.

You're correct. What I understand is that it was with most all new computers using the core i7 board running Windows 7 64 bit.
