    Hello everyone.

Well I'm experiencing a couple of problems with my FE590.
It freezes a lot, iTunes doesn't work fully with it, CMD doesn't open, Some things don't download, microsoft office doesn't work, norton is going to expire soon, and the sony software is just taking up too much space. I'm thinking of reinstalling windows. The problem is I don't know how I'll get my drivers again after reinstalling. Or shall I just use the 'Restore Complete System' in the vaio recovery tools? Please help me!

Vaio recovery tools has all the drivers that originally came with your notebook. please create a recovery CD/DVD before you start 'Restore Complete System'

hmmm so do you think I should do the Complete System Restore which is a vaio recovery tool, then get rid of norton, or install windows by itself nd reinstall the drivers from the internet?

If you are not too good at computers like me, i recomend you create the recovery discs, do a complete system restore, after you're done, remove any program you dont want and dellete their folders and dellete all their short cuts in the desktop & program menu. Also download windows defender, IE 7 beta2 (which has phishing filter & pop up blocker) you can get all these at microsoft.com for free. Also download AntiVirĀ® PersonalEdition Classic at
http://www.free-av.com/ (free) then you are good to go.
