    Please answer me:
    We ordered Sony S270 with standard battery VGP-BPS2, but in the label on the face (below keyboard) of the S270 was delivered to us, has said "Accessories for S270: Additional Large Capacity Battery for S and FS Series Notebooks VGP-BPL2" (or something like that, we don't remember exactly). In fact, the battery of the S270 was delivered to us is VGP-BPS2. After we sold this computer, our customers claim that we've exchanged the battery. Please help me to explain to our custommers.

    Can't you find a S270 spec. sheet and show it to them? I am pretty sure the sticker also says "optional" somewhere.

    I've searched but there is not "include accessories" or "accessories inbox", or "option" anywhere in Sony S270 Spec. In the previous time, when S270 was still available on Sonystyle site, they shown detail specifications. Hix, I cannot found it now.
