    hi all,

    1. Does anybody can send me the link for applying the $100 sony credit card credit?

    2. Whether I can use the sony card immediately after the application?
I mean, Can I get the card # or somthing else after the application so that I can buy a notebook immediately?
if not, how long do I need to wait the card coming by mail?

    3. Whether I must use the sony credit card to pay in order to get $100 credit?

    thanks a lot

Depends on your credit score. If you have good credit, they will give you a temporary credit card number you can use to order immediately after you finish the application.

If you have a bad, non-existent, semi-good credit, they will need to review your application, and they will notify you within 3 weeks of their decision. (This can be read in the fine print inside the terms and conditions when applying for the card)

    3. Whether I must use the sony credit card to pay in order to get $100 credit?

Of course you have to use the card to get $100 credit. You think they would just throw you a $100 dollars willy nilly? Did you read the fine print? You get a $100 card credit after your first qualifying purchase of $299 or more.

    Thanks a lot, MegaMan x

one more question, after I get the sony card, do I need to keep the credit score, I mean, whether I must use it every month, eg, use it to pay my phone bill, like any other credit card in order to keep the credit score?
or, it is just a paying method whenever I want to buy a sony product?

    Thanks again

I think you have alot of misconceptions here.

The Sony credit card is a normal Visa credit card. You would use it like how you would use any credit card you own. Responsibly.

"A credit score is a numerical expression based on a statistical analysis of a person's credit files, to represent the creditworthiness of that person. A credit score is primarily based on credit report information, typically sourced from credit bureaus."

You maintain and improve your credit score by making early/on-time payments in full EVERY month.

Unfortunately, all companies are trying to cut costs.
One of the ways is to enforce expiration dates on rewards points and mileage programs.
It is rotten that Sony didn't give you a way to keep track of expiring points.
However, I don't think they will rel-instate the points since it is a reduction in their financial liabilities.

I don't know what you are talking about because they DO give you a way to track the expiration points.
