I have a question about escrow accounts. I am thinking about selling my Sony Vaio TXN15P to a person on notebook forums but the insist on using escrow account to do the transaction instead of paypal. Im not too famliar with escrow accounts but I remember there have been alot of escrow scams and im afraid to send my laptop without getting compensation. The website is escrow.com it looks legit but im kinda iffy on it. Does anyone know of any other way to make online transactions other than paypal?

    Thanks again in advance

Why don't you use whoever Ebay uses? I'm sure they would be legit. I seem to remember that it might even be the escrow.com that you mention.

The website might well be legit, but if you have reservations then don't do it.
