i am planning on ordering a new sony within the next week or so. i was going to get the new sony fz cto series with the nvidia graphics card. the new sony cr series i see on the website lets you customize this computer now but they only have the integrated graphics card. my question is.... could you add a graphics card to any of these computers... such as the nvidia 8600gt or am i stuck with the intergrated if i customize the new cr series?

also, are they planning on coming out with an all black fz series soon? or any other colors for the cr?

You can't normally upgrade the GPU's on these machines.... you'll need to configure it with what you want.

Generally, even if you could, the laptop might not be able to handle the higher end GPU's (might not be designed for that level of heat, power, etc.).

You would not be able to upgrade the graphics card, so if you want the nVidia options you need to wait.
