Does anyone know what model Sigmatel sound codec is incorporated into the SZ series? I know spec wise its listed as Sony Reality Audio but I know its actually a Sigmatel based solution.

Now I'm trying to find out which chipset codec it is. From looking at Sigmatel's website, there are numerous notebook chip possibilities.

    STAC 9200, 9202, 9250/51, 9220/21/23, 9227/28/29/30.

Ok after some researching, finally figured out which model of Sigmatel sound codec is used in the SZ series.

For anyone that is interested, it is the STAC9225 model.
