    well... firts of all sorry about my english.. im from venezuela i speak spanish jejejej

    i have a sz491n with a broke screen...

    i want to change in bios the primary screen from the LCD screen to the VGA... i got a monitor plug it in the VGA....

    i can do that?

    if i cant... how i can change my OS?? when windows 7 officiali appears...

    because the monitor only turns on when windows is started...

    if i put a booteable DVD on the vaio.. i cant see anything in monitor... and thats what i want.... use the vaio outside windows OS with my vga monitor...

    i want to format my LAPTOP but i cant because of that problem...

    Does hitting the FN key combination that changes the screen work?

    yes.. in windows work...

    but in startup or bios dont....
