    What is the CAS latency of the RAM that comes with the Sony SZ if I get the premium edition with 2 x 1GB of 533MHz?

    If it is what comes with does it really matter?

    IIRC it is 4-4-4.

    There really isn't much choice in SO-DIMM DDR2 modules anyway regardless of brand. The only real variable among the different brands right now is the pre-charge.
