Question about the VGN-SZ480

Hi I was wondering if anyone could be kind enough to tell me how to connect my laptop to my tv if at all possible. I'm a noob when it comes to this stuff so please no jargon talk

 

Well I have an SZ484N so it should be very similar to yours but unfortunately I have never tried to do that! Hope someone could give us a clue.

Basically I got a cable similar to this:

and a separate audio cable. There's also a set of cables with sound if you'd prefer not to buy them individually. Read through the thread, one user walked me through the process wonderfully so I'm sure you won't have a problem with it.

 

Thanks, that actually worked for me.... Anyways.... I've came across another incident and again came up with a question... So like.... I formated the computer and installed XP Pro on it... so my question is, the camera works on like msn and stuff, but I was wondering if there were any programs out there or anything like that where I could actually take pictures with the webcam and save them and stuff... any help would be greatly appreciated, you guys are the best and your rock
