    Sony SZ 5** or 6** should be able to support PC2-5300/DDRII-667 RAM. So, the FSB to DRAM ratio should be 1:1, instead of 5:8.

    The following screen shot from cpu-z is for my SZ381. FSB to DRAM ratio for my model is 5:8. How about yours?

    the fsb of the sz6 is 800, idk about the sz5

    I'm pretty sure it's the same. Isn't the 5 series just the European models?
