Well, I don't think there will be a huge performance increase. The 400MHz Dothan Pentium M's were pretty speedy.
All the FS series use the same XBRITE screen - and it's the regular XBRITE with two lamps (Eco has one).
The Go6400 has 64MB of dedicated memory. The other 64MB is TurboCache shared memory.
DDR2 has more bandwidth than DDR, and it runs cooler due to less power consumption. But, the penalty is relaxed timings. Worthwhile upgrade though.

Thanks ChazMan421,
But can the GeForce 6400 can run FarCry, Half Life 2 and DOOM 3 smoothly?
Is GeForce 6400 better than ATI 9700 and ATI X600?
Does the FS780 Xbrite LCD srceen looks as good as A-series? -
Well, sorry for bringing this topic back up but I'm still interested, if the FS780 runs Half-Life 2 at full screen resolution (1280x800) with high graphics settings?

i ran half life 2 on a 6200 before and it ran ok, around 30-35fps was that fastest it could go though.
Question for Sony FS780, FS38 or FS315S???
