Ok, so i know where to go to upgrade the RAM, and I know what kind of RAM I want and need. The problem is I am looking at the RAM inside the Z right now and can't tell how the heck I am supposed to remove them? I think I see latches on both ends that I am supposed to lift or something?

Question 2 is, what is a good way to ground myself before I try this so I don't fry everything.

The manual describes how to replace the RAM in the Adding and Removing Memory chapter on page 148.

You gently push the little levers outward to allow the RAM stick to lift up and out.

make sure you touch metal to send off any static charge you might have, and also, I remove the battery, and then hold the power button in for 5 seconds, as that is supposed to remove any charge left in the circuit boards.
