    1. When do you use Stamina and when do you use Speed?
    2. When you do a clean install, how will this interfere your laptop?

    Always on "Speed" when plugged in; on battery I use Stamina unless I'm gaming (rarely on battery) or rendering video (even rarer when on battery).

    And watching HD movies or HD pictures? Is there a difference?

    Stamina is perfectly fine for that. You could easily watch 2 movies back-to-back.
