Questions about Z11

Hello!

Today I decided to mod my Z11.

First of all I want to know what usable features in daily usage the Bios hack gives me. Is the hacking worth it? What are real good features I can now enable to maybe speed up the Z or get better battery life by downclocking the CPU???

Second question is about the 4*64 gb SSD Raid 0 in my Z. I tried to install several Linux distributions but all cannot use the windows made Raid 0. Is there a way to make 2 Raid 0 which increases coldboot of the Z and gives me the ability to use Linux?

Third question: Optimizing Windos 7 64. I know the Z is having 8GB Ram, but I think Windows loads up many unnessasary processes and is using to much performance. When reducing the running programs the complete working speed of the machine is raising up?

Forth question: Optimizing batterylife of the Z. When I am in University and have to be unplugged for about 3 or more hours the battery of my Z ist not that good as I expect it. No way for me is buying the extended battery because that makes the Z so bulky Are there ways by undervolt the CPU to raise up batterylife??

Fifths Question: Replacing the ODD with and HDD Caddy. Does this upgrade gives the Z a more durable feel? Can I use the free Space for anything else than an HDD?

Sixth Question: How to enable multitouch features on the touchpad. Tried the newest and the sony original drivers, but I cannot activate the multitouch and the synaptics lern program did not start
