    is it easy to change the rams and the hard drive on the Z?

    ... but I believe changing the RAM won't affect the warranty and will be much easier (there's a user-removable cover for it). Replacing the HDD will involve dismantling the laptop so will probably void the warranty, at least officially.

    If you're very careful and don't mark any screws etc, you could just put the old drive back in if you need to send it in for repair. ;)
