    hello guys

    i bought VAIO VPC EA16FA, I want to clean install but i downloaded all the drivers but i can't find Quick Web Access Thing.. how i can re install it ?

    Recovery disk? Or maybe the recovery partition of the hard drive?

    Make a recovery disk before you clean install just to be safe. I know other people have had this problem when they clean install. Sorry I can't help more.

    it installs but when i try to get into it it says QUick access missing :-(
