    Quick help please, my VGN-N11M is making strange sound and won't charge!

    Hi folks

    my vaio has started making a screeching sound when I have the offical charger plugged in and connected to mains, then after about 5 seconds this noise stops and the icon which displays that the charger is plugged in changes back to the battery icon!

    What should I do how messed up is it.

    I treat this thing with care, very annoyed. Any ideas.

    Sorry for poor grammar just want an answer before battery dies <10 minutes!

    Is the sound coming from the charger or the notebook?
