Hi,
I am considering purchasing a Vaio SZ in the near future. I happened to see one on display at BestBuy and found it very appealing. However, from what I noticed it does not seem possible to scroll through webpages directly from the touchpad (i.e. no scroll button and no scrolling section on touchpad). Is this correct? I don't use an external mouse and find these scrolling features very useful. I would like to know if this is the case.
Thanks!

no you can. there is no markings on the touchpad but if you do the scrolling motion in the side then it will scroll
-
You can scroll using the touchpad by sliding your finger down the right edge of the touchpad. SZ is a great notebook, get it!

you will love it. So get it

Thanks for the info! I am definetely planning on getting the SZ, but I think I will wait until the refreshed version with Santa Rosa comes... provided its not in more than a month.
Thanks again -
@Duchesne:
Yeah, I was hoping for a santa rosa refreshed SZ but I'd like to know if this article is correct: http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,132382-page,1-c,notebooks/article.html
I think the author of the article is uninformed. However, if not, I plan on getting that Dell 1330 thing. And I hate Dell. -
Santa Rosa seems over rated. Unless the Robson memory is implemented. See the performance comparisons in reviews with Lenovos with T7300.

Would you buy it now, or wait for Santa Rosa? What would you say?
