    What's the difference between these 2 versions for my Z710DD ?

    R4043M3 is newer and if you want to install Windows 7 in your Z, you need R4043M3

    The Sony support site lists R4041M3 as the bios for Win 7 Pro and does not show the 3M3 version. Were is the 3M3 version available?

    R4043M3 is required to fix Speed Brightness and to use the newest official Graphics drivers (which fixes speed brightness) from sony.

    If you attempt to install the graphics drivers only, you will get split screen glitch.
