Going to get Vaio FS840W notebook shortly, and planning to upgrade the RAM to 1-2 gigs.
First of all, should I do 1 GB or 2 GB...the things I intend to work on, with this notebook are...Eclipse Java IDE, Firefox (with atleast 20 tabs open at a time.. i know myself ), watching/writing DVDs, Outlook, Word, XL etc. So, will 2 GB really make a difference with these apps or 1 gig is enough ?
Now regarding the RAM i shud order... Which of the following shud i click on finally :
OCZ -> http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...ductCode=85222
and
Kingston-> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820144183
Kingston one has a cool 127 positive reviews on egg...Does kingston really rocks this much? What bout OCZ? And i hope both wud be compatible with the notebook that i am getting... any comments ?
