    RAM of VAiO FE - 533 or 667 MHz?

    I think it's better for the same speed in your new 1GB RAM (533MHz).

    *3 If memory modules of the same capacity are installed to both of the two memory module slots, computer will run in dual channel mode and provide better performance.
    *4 By removing the pre-installed 512MB memory module and adding two 1GB memory modules.

    If u plan to choose step 4, get a new 1GB 667MHz then & take out the 512MB 533MhZ.
