I just want to reduce the amount of heat my processor makes... I put RMClock to Performance on Demand along with the Vista power profile to Power Saver and neither of them really do anything.

How do I lower the voltage of my processor? I love to be able to turn it down when I'm just surfing the net and be able to turn it up when I need it.

Fan noise doesn't bother me, but the heat of my computer does. I thought RMClock was supposed to be able to control the fans? Ah well...

Any help? Any setting I'm forgetting? I didn't adjust anything in RMClock, I just turned it to "Performance on Demand"

    TIA
