I have a new FZ2 laptop coming next week and I have a question about the Vista Readyboost feature. The laptop I built comes with 2 gigs of RAM. From what I have read, Readyboost is for computers with 1 gig or less. Others say it works even if you have more than 1gig. So now I am still confused. Does anyone use Readyboost with 2gigs and notice a difference? If it does work for you, what SD card or USB drive are you using? I would prefer to use a Sony or SD card instead of a USB thumb drive sticking out of my laptop

There's no noticeable difference if you have > 1 GB of RAM.

I have 2 GB and used a 2GB Memory Stick Duo Pro.... i noticed no difference. Actually, it was horrible - the hard drive churned for the first 10 mins after every boot.

I was about to buy a Memory Stick Duo Pro to use exclusively for ReadyBoost. Guess I won't now. Thanks for the info.
