    Really frustrated with Sony.

    I ordered an FZ-190 CTO from Sony on July 5th. They've changed the shipping date four times on me and now are estimating that it will be August 17th. I really wish I would have known this before I put the order in or I would have bought from somewhere else. Does anyone know why they are backordering like this or have a similar experience?

    Note: I've owned another Sony before and have never had any problems with them even remotely close to this, so please don't think its a Sony-hate thread.

    Thats strange, I ordered mine on Thursday July 26th and it was here Tuesday July 31. I also ordered a FZ190-CTO through the Sony Style website. I would try contacting them via phone to find out what's going on. I was actually VERY VERY happy with the shipping time. Was shipped from CA to my house in NJ in less than 24 hours via fedex. Goodluck!

    I purchased mine through CDW working through SonyStyle for educational and government discounts. I'll call on Monday, thanks for the advice. Well, apparently they're backordered for another 2 weeks. AWESOME!

    lol. There is a thread on some local (Asutralian) forums with people *****ing about waiting for their 1330s as well.
