    Really noisy cd rom drive

    Yesterday, I was installing some software, and the cd rom drive went crazy, it sounded a bit like a leafblower. And it was shaking the laptop a little, and making a rattling noise (which stopped if I put my finger against the drive door). Is this normal? It only happens on some cd's, and usually not dvd's.
