    Recovery CD's with NO Burner

    I am going to order an FS500 tonight but I don't plan to spend extra dollars on a cd burner since will never use it with all of other computers I have around. Is there another way to create the recovery cd's such as just creating ISO's to be burned somewhere else?

    You could buy an external case, make one of your desktop drives into an external drive. That way you could hook it up when needed.

    Or just buy it from Sony directly. That way you won't have to worry about your recovery dvd-r deteriorating in two years:
