Does anyone here have any experience with refurbished Sonys? I've seen a few good deals on Premium Sz's, but am unsure about the "factory refurbished" quality...

    TIA!

They are probably backed by the standard 1 year/90 day warranty. Refurbished notebooks are repaired/cleaned to factory specifications, so if you are worried about build quality it's the same as buying a new SZ.

I bought a refurb SZ390 and there was no way to tell that it was not brand new. Everything works perfectly.
