So I've downloaded both remote play and remote keyboard from VAIO Update for my CW (Core2Duo vers.) but I've been unable to get the remote play to work.

I've followed the instructions accordingly but when I'm asked to use the network access-point provided by the PS3, it also asks me for an additional password (other than that provided by the PS3).

The PS3 is connected to the same wireless connection as the VAIO - they're both connected to the same Internet connection.

    What am I doing wrong?

Well, I got it to work but then I also discovered that only very few games are actually compatible with the remote play function. :/

    Useless function.

Yes it is basically another useless "amazing feature" not only is there little support for games that use it, the quality really has much to be desired.
Too bad s-o-n-y will not stop focusing on useless features / and-or removing working features and instead more on making sure the core features of what they manufacture/program works correctly.
