    Hi,

    I am pretty new and a novice. I have just bought my 3rd Z series (I upgrade every 3 -4 years) and bought it with Windows 7 before they all come with Windows 8, had a bad experience with Vista when it was new, rather stay with old and solid system. Can some one guide me what I can (and shall) remove of pre installed software. I dont use Hotmail, Windows Live photos etc. Can I just remove all the programs I dont recognize? What is Vaio Gate? Below is my spec, I went all in.
