    I plan on upgrading the memory for the laptop. Is there an instruction guide on how to remove the 2 memory sticks on the sz780?

    Flip it over, unscrew the memory cover, push the metal tabs holding in the RAM sideways, opposite of each other, the RAM will pop out. Reverse for install.
